1 - After clicking the "Download" button
above the software download will begin
2 - Once the download is complete, select the file as indicated below or open the file
3 - After finding the file just downloaded, right-click it and select "Extract All"
4 - After extracting the zip folder you will find a folder with the same name without zip. Open the folder and the internal subfolder that you will find until you find the installation file which you will have to open with a double click or enter
5 -Once the file is opened, the software installation will begin until you find the page below. For your privacy, we recommend you to not enter a password for unattended access but rather select "Skip"/"Next" as indicated below:
6 - Once the installation is complete, select "Finish"
7- Once the software is installed you will find an "ASN Remote Support" icon. Click on the icon to find your ID number which you will need to communicate to technical assistance to receive the service that you requested
